Ninth; Move all furniture and book case 4 inches away from walls so that air can circulate behind the furniture. Hang pictures and mirrors so that some air can get behind the hanging. Opt for tiled floors wherever possible, carpet traps and holds humidity.
And Tenth; Do an inspection of the under sink and vanity cabinets. Sniff the air. If you smell a musty smell it may be the beginnings of Sanibel mold growth. Look for staining on the ceilings and walls. Inspect the base boards and crown moldings.
